Do you stock recyclable cling film?
Yes, Wrapmaster® has recyclable PE cling film as an alternative to PVC cling film available to order. PE cling film is a general-purpose cling film suitable for all food wrapping. Although not as ‘clingy’ as PVC cling film, it has the same food freshness and preservation benefits as PVC cling film.

How do I recycle Wrapmaster® PE cling film?
Wrapmaster® recyclable PE cling film is recyclable at many collection points in the UK, please check your local facilities for PE recycling options.
Can I use Wrapmaster® cling film in the microwave?
Yes, Wrapmaster® PVC and PE cling film can be used as a lidding agent in a microwave, providing the cling film does not come into direct contact with the food. Maximum temperature 100°C. For best results place film over container, pierce or turn back corner of film to allow steam to escape.
Wrapmaster® compostable cling film cannot be used in a microwave due to being made from biodegradable and compostable polymers.
Can I use Wrapmaster® cling film in the freezer?
Yes. It’s ideal for separating small items such as fish, chops, steaks, burgers, cakes etc. before overwrapping into storage bags or boxes, so they can be removed individually. Freezer temperatures vary, therefore freezer use is subject to individual trials.
What is the difference between PVC and PE Film?
Wrapmaster® PVC cling film is the choice for the majority of professional caterers as it has the best cling properties and is suitable for wrapping 95% of all food types, except for pure fats, oils or food preserved in oil. Wrapmaster® PE cling film lacks the cling properties of Wrapmaster® PVC cling film but is suitable for wrapping high fat foods such as lard, butter, cheese and fish. Wrapmaster® PE cling film can be recycled at at many collection points in the UK, please check your local facilities for PE recycling options.

Which Wrapmaster® dispenser is right for me?
Wrapmaster® 4500
The 4500 is a 45cm wide dispenser and the perfect choice for large kitchens using high volumes of cling film, foil or baking parchment.
Wrapmaster® 3000
The 3000 is a 30cm wide dispenser for smaller kitchens, taking up less space than the 4500. Perfect for kitchens with limited workspaces that use high volumes of cling film, foil or baking parchment.
Wrapmaster® Duo
One dispenser, two food wraps…the 45cm wide Duo can dispense two types of material or be used for large volumes of one material. The Duo is designed for very busy, large kitchens that use high volumes of cling film, foil or baking parchment.
Wrapmaster® 1000
The Wrapmaster® 1000 takes up the same space as a traditional cutter box whilst providing the robust qualities of the larger Wrapmaster® products. It’s the perfect dispenser for the smaller kitchen with limited space.

Can a Wrapmaster® dispenser be cleaned in the dishwasher?
Yes, a Wrapmaster® dispenser is designed to withstand commercial dishwasher temperatures. Wrapmaster® dispensers can also be easily cleaned with sanitiser spray.
Can I use any food wrap in a Wrapmaster® dispenser?
No, only genuine Wrapmaster® refill rolls can be used.
Can I use Wrapmaster® catering foil in the oven and microwave?
Yes, but do not allow the foil to come into direct contact with a naked flame or electric elements. Always consult the owner’s manual of your microwave oven and heed the manufacturer’s recommendations for the use of catering foil. It can be safe to use small amounts of catering foil in a microwave oven.
Can I use catering foil in the freezer?
Catering foil is easy to mould around food and its strength and thickness will keep food fresh when stored in a freezer or fridge. Please see our range of Wrapmaster® catering foil refill rolls.
Do you sell tin foil and is tin foil recyclable?
No, we only sell high-quality standard aluminium foil. Tin foil was made obsolete in the mid-20th century. Aluminium foil is 100% recyclable, in fact it is endlessly recyclable. Please see our range of Wrapmaster® catering foil refill rolls.
How do I recycle catering foil?
Wipe or dip Wrapmaster® aluminium catering foil in washing up water to remove any crumbs or food residue. Scrunch catering foil together to form a ball – the bigger the better is easier to recycle.
What can baking parchment be used for?
Wrapmaster® baking parchment is suitable for a variety of applications, but is ideal for baking all types of cakes, biscuits, meringues and soufflé. Its excellent non-stick quality means there is no need to pre-grease cake tins, baking sheets or the baking parchment itself. Wrapmaster® baking parchment can be used in the microwave for individual portions and in the freezer for separating portions prior to freezing. Can baking parchment be used in the oven?
Yes, Wrapmaster® baking parchment can be used in an oven. Do not allow baking parchment to come in direct contact with a naked flame, electrical heating elements or sides of an oven. Handle with care when cooking as the baking parchment may become hot. Let cool and/or use suitable heat proof gloves. Do not use at a temperature exceeding 220°C. Is Wrapmaster® baking parchment compostable?
Yes, Wrapmaster® baking parchment is certified for home and industrial composting by TÜV AUSTRIA, the licensee holder is a supplier to Cofresco Foodservice, brand owners of Wrapmaster. Wrapmaster® baking parchment is produced with raw materials from sustainable forests, unbleached, PFAS free and ideal for all professional baking needs.
